Mr. and Mrs. Donald J. Capell of West Seneca celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a renewal of their marriage vows in St. Peter's United Church of Christ, West Seneca, where Capell and Shirley E. Noack were married Aug. 7, 1954.

He is a retired heavy equipment operator for Bethlehem Steel Corp., Lackawanna; she is a retired branch manager for Silex International Furniture, Cheektowaga.

The couple has three daughters and three grandchildren.
