Sarver - 55th
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sarver of Hannibal will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary with a family dinner hosted by their children and sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Buford Rhodes.
Mildred Sohn and Joseph Sarver were united in marriage on June 23, 1946, at Park Methodist Church in Hannibal.
The Rev. W.J. Wilcoxon officiated.
Mrs. Sarver is the daughter of the late George and Charlotte Sohn and Mr. Sarver is the son of the late Charles and Mollie Kespohl.
They are the parents of two children, Karen of Quincy, Ill., and Steve of Overland Park, Kan.
They have two granddaughters, Andrea and Cheantey; and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Sarver is a retired engineer on the Burlington Northern Railroad and Mrs. Sarver is a retired manager of Kirlin's in Hannibal.
They are members of South Side Christian Church, the Harvesters Sunday School Class, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Burlington Veterans.
