Mr. and Mrs. Jack Stahura of Blasdell celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a Mass in Our Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Blasdell, followed by a dinner with family and friends.

Stahura and MaryLou Tarnowski were married May 29, 1954, in St. Michael's Catholic Church, Lackawanna.

They are both retired.

The couple has five children and eight grandchildren.
