Mr. and Mrs. James H. Thompson of New London will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary on Sunday, June 27, 2004.
Linda Ham and James H. Thompson were united in marriage on June 27, 1969, at Arch Street Methodist Church in Hannibal. The Rev. Cecil Hurt officiated. Attendants were Nada Ham Bross and Kenneth Epperson.
Mrs. Thompson is the daughter of Harry and Julia Ham. Mr. Thompson is the son of Robert Thompson and the late Mary L. Thompson.
They are the parents of two children, Tara Comer and husband, Chris, of Hannibal and Shane Thompson and wife, Rhonda, of New London. They have two grandchildren, Lyndie Jane Mays and Abbie Gail Thompson.
Mr. and Mrs. Thompson are the owners of Thompson Truss Company Inc. in New London.
