Gallaher - Feigenspan
Connie Gallaher of Hannibal and Terry Gallaher of New London have announced the engagement of their daughter, Melissa R. Gallaher, to Shelby Feigenspan.
He is the son of Donna Feigenspan and Gerre Feigenspan, both of Hannibal.
The prospective bride is a 1995 graduate of Hannibal High School.
She is employed as a loan processor at Perry State Bank.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Hannibal High School and is employed by Plumbers, Pipefitters Local Union 562.
The wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m. Aug. 14, 2004 at Antioch Baptist Church.
